Taskforce Mens Dean

Responsibilities

Strong desire to mentor and serve young men for the position of Taskforce Assistant Men’s Dean. Key roles of this position include:

  • Assisting and supporting the Men’s Dean in all aspects of operating and supervising the Men’s dorm. 
  • Supervise the spiritual, academic, physical, emotional and social care of the boys.
  • Professionally communicating with parents, students and fellow staff members;
  • Driving students to appointments
  • Overseeing dorm operations including supervision of student activities, worships, study halls and work programs.
  • Other duties may be assigned by the administration on an as-needed basis. 

Qualifications

  • Male
  • 21+ years old
  • Fluency in English
  • At least 2 years of college
  • A growing relationship with Jesus as a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
  • Committed to church values and standards
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working with teens
  • Flexibility
  • Organized
  • Team player
  • Clear driving record
  • Clear background check

Attire

Staff are expected to follow the school dress code as outlined in the school handbook.
